Yes, the rumors are true! The Kimbrough Team has officially moved from RE/MAX 4000 to The Agency Grand Junction, and my sister Jan and I are honored and excited to serve as the Managing Partners of the brokerage.

This was not a decision we made lightly. We are incredibly grateful for the many years, relationships, and success we experienced at RE/MAX 4000. That chapter played a significant role in building who we are today. But as the market evolves, we felt it was time to take a bold step forward and align ourselves with a platform that reflects where we see the future of real estate heading.

The Agency brings a modern, forward-thinking approach to marketing, branding, and collaboration. It offers expanded exposure and innovative tools that allow us to serve our clients at an even higher level. For us, this move is about growth — growth for our team, for the agents we mentor, and for the clients who trust us with some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Stepping into the role of Managing Partners is something Jan and I are truly excited about. We’ve worked side by side for years, and our partnership is built on trust, communication, and shared values. This new chapter allows us not only to continue serving our clients directly, but also to help shape the culture and direction of The Agency Grand Junction. We are passionate about building an environment where agents thrive and clients receive exceptional service.

Most importantly, what hasn’t changed is our commitment to you. We are still The Kimbrough Team. We still believe in honest advice, strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and putting people first. The brokerage name may be new, but our values and dedication remain exactly the same.
