Carolee Hawkins has been calling the western slope home since 2003. Having lived in both Grand Junction and Montrose, Carolee is keenly aware of why someone would like to make this area their home too. Her passion for real estate is fueled by ensuring her client’s experience is nothing short of top-notch. Carolee’s number one priority is her clients’ real estate goals! In 2022, Carolee was 16th in volume out of over 900 agents in the Grand Junction MLS. Carolee knows the in and outs of the Grand Valley real estate market. Carolee makes use of technology to ensure clients moving from out of the area can easily view and preview videos of homes from anywhere in the world. Carolee enjoys answering questions about the area, and she loves to help her clients get settled and connected to the western slope way of life. In her past careers, Carolee has worked in marketing, community outreach, and residential property insurance adjusting which has given her a solid construction background. Originally from the front range of Colorado, Carolee ended up in the Grand Valley as her husband, Tyler, is originally from Palisade. As the locals know, if you don’t take the dirt with you when you leave, you’re destined to return! Carolee feels thankful that Tyler never took the dirt because the outdoor recreation and western slope lifestyle can’t be beat. When she isn’t with clients, you’ll find her and her husband along with their two kids mountain biking, golfing, hiking, camping, skiing, floating the river, and watching a variety of youth sports.
